Salary: $150,000 - $165,000 annually + 15% bonus.

What you will do

• Lead brand and creative expression for subscription and streaming content across multiple hirify.global platforms and partners.
• Develop visual and verbal storytelling systems that enhance audience understanding and trust.
• Translate strategic priorities and audience insights into creative campaigns aligned with editorial values.
• Use AI tools responsibly with human oversight to ensure creative integrity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with editorial, marketing, product, and design teams to ensure coherence.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary creative team, shaping workflows and scaling resources as needed.

Requirements

• Location: Based in or able to work from New York, USA with hybrid work flexibility.
• Extensive experience leading creative work in media, editorial, streaming, or subscription environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and refined craft in design, writing, and visual storytelling.
• Proven ability to guide multidisciplinary teams and collaborate across editorial, marketing, and product functions.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate creative reasoning to diverse stakeholders.
