What you will do

• Identify and drive opportunities for operational excellence across the enterprise.
• Analyze performance data to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Partner with senior leaders in Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance to solve complex business problems.
• Lead end-to-end strategic initiatives from hypothesis to operationalization.
• Design and implement frameworks that accelerate decision-making and best practices.
• Scale internal and external best practices across the organization.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in strategy and operations within a technology company, SaaS, or fintech.
• MBA or equivalent from a nationally recognized institution.
• Proven track record in leveraging data to build compelling business cases.
• Strong change management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and executives.
• Excellent quantitative analytical skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills for executive-level facilitation.
