hirify.global is a profitable, PE-backed scale-up operating an online services marketplace across multiple countries, currently transforming from lead generation to a subscription-based full marketplace platform.

What you will do

• Define and inspire the Design vision and culture across product, marketing, and content
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Designers, Marketing Designers, and UX Researchers
• Own and evolve hirify.global’s visual identity and design system for consistency
• Collaborate with Product leaders and stakeholders to deliver transformational change
• Optimize team structure, resources, and tools for maximum impact
• Iterate design processes to maximize value for users and business

Requirements

• Must be based in Spain to be considered for this fully remote role
• Proven leadership experience in Product Design within fast-paced online businesses, ideally marketplaces
• Strong ability to build and communicate an inspiring design vision and lead high-performing teams
• Experience managing Product Design and Research teams; content and branding experience is a plus
• Expertise in lean and agile methodologies to maximize impact and minimize waste
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
