Salary: $90,000 OTE

What you will do

• Drive 100% adoption of Hubs across sports customers and expand to other verticals.
• Lead onboarding and training for new sports teams onto hirify.global 2 with world-class demos.
• Monitor customer engagement metrics and intervene to increase adoption and expansion.
• Partner with Product Marketing to create scalable onboarding assets and automate processes.
• Reduce friction and time-to-live for customers going live on the platform.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in New York City
• 3-5+ years in implementation, onboarding, or customer activation in high-growth SaaS.
• Experience with enterprise or sports/entertainment clients preferred.
• Strong operational rigor and data-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
