What you will do

• Collect and analyze business input to understand user and stakeholder needs.
• Define the scope of development initiatives and support the full development lifecycle.
• Compile clear documentation and perform detailed analysis to support solution design and implementation.
• Collaborate closely with the team to groom features and prioritize requirements effectively.
• Facilitate post-project evaluations and retrospectives to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Business or Systems Analysis, ideally within Finance or Insurance.
• Proven ability to analyze data, draw business-relevant conclusions, and present insights using data visualization tools.
• Solid experience in writing SQL queries.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal English skills, including technical writing.
• Experience working in cross-functional, agile teams.
