What you will do

• Support creation and refinement of user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items.
• Translate business needs into actionable product and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and clear communication.
• Assist in sprint planning, backlog reviews, and UAT testing activities.
• Maintain documentation and progress reports for transparency and traceability.
• Drive continuous improvement by suggesting workflow and communication enhancements.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Mexico with remote work options.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong skills in managing and prioritizing product backlogs and writing detailed user stories.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams in Agile environments.
• Intermediate to upper-intermediate English proficiency.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work with ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile frameworks like sprints and retrospectives.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro, Figma, or product analytics tools.
• Background in financial services or fixed-price projects.
