What you will do

  • Lead and drive strategic initiatives aligned with customer goals.
  • Support program-level initiatives with KPI tracking, monthly reporting, and executive insights.
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable product, engineering, and process improvements.
  • Identify and resolve errors and performance gaps to improve success metrics.
  • Act as a dedicated technical and operational partner contact ensuring smooth onboarding and long-term success.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize initiatives that increase revenue, retention, and platform reliability.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the United States, specifically Illinois.
  • Experience in technical/project delivery, customer success, or platform operations.
  • Strong skills in KPI analysis, dashboard building (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Business English mandatory; ability to work across multiple geographies and time zones.
  • Experience with payments, fintech, SaaS, or travel management platforms preferred.
  • Proven ability to drive outcome-based improvements and manage stakeholder communication.
