What you will do
- Lead enablement discovery and define strategic plans for new products and features, aligning with release milestones.
- Partner with Product Management and Engineering to ensure field teams are prepared for upcoming releases, facilitating early access.
- Coordinate knowledge transfer and create scalable enablement assets like guides, documentation, and FAQs.
- Serve as the primary enablement contact for customer-facing teams, translating complex concepts into practical guidance.
- Maintain governance standards and track enablement effectiveness using qualitative feedback and operational metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4–5 years’ experience in a B2B high-tech environment.
- Project management experience or certification (PMI, CAPM).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
