What you will do

• Concept and plan execution of integrated campaigns across social, digital, video, and content platforms.
• Create earned-first and social by design campaign ideas for clients and new business pitches.
• Collaborate with account, strategy, project management, and influencer teams.
• Manage multiple projects and provide direction to team members.
• Coordinate production schedules and work with external vendors and internal colleagues.
• Prepare and present client creative presentations and drive approval processes.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work based in New York, USA
• At least 6 years of relevant experience with a team-oriented, entrepreneurial spirit.
• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Advertising, Graphic Design, or equivalent experience.
• Professional mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud and production experience in art direction for video, digital, and social platforms.
• Ability to manage work adhering to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong client communication skills and ability to assist with budget and schedule development.
