Salary: $154,500–$210,000 depending on location within the US.

What you will do
- Own the Brand System: Build a comprehensive, scalable brand system including colors, typography, iconography, and motion.
- Lead design of new product pages, resource hubs, and community surfaces to scale web presence.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Developer Relations to ensure consistent brand storytelling across channels and events.
- Lead creative execution of visual assets including landing pages and custom illustrations.
- Perform visual QA and heuristic evaluations to maintain high-quality public-facing design.
- Translate technical networking concepts into intuitive and beautiful visuals for a developer audience.
Requirements
- Must have 5+ years of in-house visual/brand design experience.
- Systems-level thinking to build scalable brand frameworks.
- Portfolio demonstrating design for technical audiences.
- Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Strong communication skills to explain design decisions to engineers.
- Must be US-based and authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Experience with agentic coding tools like Claude Code, Amp Code.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience fine-tuning animations.
