What you will do

• Lead the design vision, strategy, and execution for the app experience.
• Own the end-to-end design process from exploration to delivery in the Engagement stream.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and researchers to understand priorities and manage expectations.
• Prototype, test, and iterate rapidly to uncover opportunities.
• Connect with users to gather feedback and ground design decisions in real-world needs.
• Shape the design culture and set a high bar for design quality.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product design experience in B2B or B2B2C with a focus on mobile apps; experience working on intranets is a plus.
• Strong visual, interaction, and UX design abilities, plus confidence in building interactive prototypes.
• Comfortable collaborating with engineers and experimenting with code.
• Ability to thrive in fast iteration, experimentation, and adaptability environments.
• Skilled at uncovering and synthesizing user needs into impactful product experiences.
• Comfortable making decisions, taking responsibility, and driving work forward with minimal oversight.
