What you will do

• Define great products and developer experiences with intentional design decisions.
• Apply systems thinking to information architecture and UI patterns.
• Maintain progress and tempo prioritizing decisions and forward movement.
• Design responsive and accessible experiences across multiple platforms.
• Explore and shape AI and LLM-based product experiences.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and provide design feedback and mentorship.

Requirements

• Must have 10+ years experience in product or service design or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience designing complex, multi-workflow SaaS products end to end.
• Experience working with engineers, product managers, and designers.
• Familiarity with frontend languages and coding concepts.
• Strong communication skills and ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Location: Remote work allowed from Germany.

Nice to have

• Experience in enterprise environments, security domains, or governance models.
• Portfolio demonstrating high-craft design, especially AI-driven products.
• Experience designing for developer tools and contributing to design systems.
