What you will do
- Partner with Product and Engineering to define and execute experience design strategy and success metrics.
- Engage directly with customers to build strong intuition and advocate for their needs in decision-making.
- Lead end-to-end design of docket workflows from discovery to polished execution.
- Raise quality through polished, accessible, and cohesive experiences and improve design systems.
- Drive alignment and collaboration across cross-functional teams, especially with related product areas.
- Mentor team members and contribute to raising design standards.
Requirements
- Must be located in Canada (excluding Quebec) or the US with hybrid work near hubs in Burnaby, Calgary, or Toronto.
- 6+ years of experience designing digital products, preferably B2B SaaS.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating scalable, cross-product design experience.
- Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, usability, and UI craft.
- Experience designing AI-powered features and workflows with user-centered ML applications.
- Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset.
Nice to have
- Experience in legal tech or similarly technical industries.
- Education in graphic design fundamentals such as typography and layout.
