What you will do

• Partner with Product and Engineering to define and execute experience design strategy and success metrics.
• Engage directly with customers to build strong intuition and advocate for their needs in decision-making.
• Lead end-to-end design of docket workflows from discovery to polished execution.
• Raise quality through polished, accessible, and cohesive experiences and improve design systems.
• Drive alignment and collaboration across cross-functional teams, especially with related product areas.
• Mentor team members and contribute to raising design standards.

Requirements

• Must be located in Canada (excluding Quebec) or the US with hybrid work near hubs in Burnaby, Calgary, or Toronto.
• 6+ years of experience designing digital products, preferably B2B SaaS.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating scalable, cross-product design experience.
• Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, usability, and UI craft.
• Experience designing AI-powered features and workflows with user-centered ML applications.
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience in legal tech or similarly technical industries.
• Education in graphic design fundamentals such as typography and layout.
