Location: Brighton, United Kingdom, hybrid (2 days a week in office)

What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define problems and shape effective solutions.
• Contribute to continuous discovery through research, insight gathering, and experimentation.
• Design and deliver high-quality user experiences from concept to production-ready UI.
• Measure feature impact and iterate based on user feedback, behavioral data, and business outcomes.
• Contribute to a cohesive design language aligned with the wider hirify.global ecosystem.
• Identify opportunities for experimentation, personalization, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).

Requirements

• Location: Brighton, United Kingdom, hybrid work with 2 days in office
• Proven experience designing digital products in an agile environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating shipped work and clear product thinking.
• Relevant qualification or equivalent practical experience in UX/UI or Interaction Design.
• Experience across the full product lifecycle including discovery, prototyping, delivery, and usability testing.
• Working understanding and curiosity for AI tools within design workflows.

Nice to have

• E-commerce experience.
• Experience designing landing pages that convert.
• Understanding or experience designing for AI experiences.
