Location: Glasgow (Hybrid - 3 days in office & up to twice per month travel to Ipswich)

Fruition are currently recruiting for an experienced Head of Infrastructure and Service for a market leading organisation who are currently undergoing an exciting period of transformation.

What you will do

• Define and own the cloud, infrastructure and service strategy and roadmap.
• Drive the transition to modern, scalable and resilient platforms and services.
• Accountable for the end-to-end delivery of core technology services.
• Lead cloud and infrastructure platforms (on-prem, cloud and hybrid).
• Own the service and infrastructure budget.
• Lead, develop and retain a multi-disciplinary infrastructure and service organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an Infrastructure and Service leadership role in a medium/large scale organization.
• Experience of leading technical teams and managing day to day IT operations.
• Experience of managing modern cloud first environments.
• Knowledge and experience of leading Azure cloud infrastructure and migration.
• Knowledge and experience of leading Support and service management.
• Knowledge and experience of leading Modern workplace with M365.
