What you will do
- Generate leads and build a consistent sales pipeline using online and offline techniques.
- Speak and meet with potential clients, delivering inspiring product presentations.
- Advise clients on integrating into their organizations.
- Win prospects through enthusiasm, storytelling, and data-driven sales intelligence.
- Exceed sales targets and manage the full sales cycle.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Fluent (native) in German and excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Keen commercial skills, digital mindset, and understanding of client needs.
- Proactive, innovative, result-oriented, customer-focused, agile, and strong communicator.
- Organizational and methodical approach with a positive outlook.
Nice to have
- Network in HR/L&D in SME and larger organizations.
- Experience selling SaaS, IT, education, or online learning products.
