What you will do

  • Generate leads and convert them into clients using strong commercial skills.
  • Manage a consistent sales pipeline efficiently.
  • Deliver inspiring presentations about hirify.global and its online learning philosophy.
  • Advise clients on optimal use of hirify.global within their organizations.
  • Consistently exceed sales targets through enthusiasm and engagement.

Requirements

  • Location: Based in or able to work from the Netherlands or nearby European countries.
  • 3-5+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Fluent (native) in German and excellent command of written and spoken English (C1 level).
  • Experience selling SaaS, IT, education, or online learning products preferred.
  • Network in HR/L&D within SME and larger organizations is ideal.
  • Result and customer-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills.
