What you will do

• Develop and execute complex experience analyses across multiple insurance product lines.
• Recommend actuarial assumptions based on emerging experience and industry benchmarks.
• Own key experience and assumption processes, identifying issues and driving solutions.
• Support governance committees with analyses and materials consistent with corporate standards.
• Communicate complex actuarial findings clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Enhance experience monitoring and analytics through improved methodologies and tools.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Boston or Springfield, Massachusetts, USA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• ASA designation and 5+ years of actuarial experience in relevant areas.
• Strong communication skills across diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with data science, analytics, visualization tools, and generative AI.

Nice to have

• FSA designation.
• Experience across multiple product lines (life, health, annuity).
• Exposure to assumption governance or enterprise actuarial oversight.
