What you will do

• Participate in discussions with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and domain experts to model Workday solutions.
• Champion Workday Architecture, Patterns, and Guidance, providing technical leadership.
• Formulate and evolve pattern-based Workday designs, ensuring design integrity throughout projects.
• Communicate and champion designs across the team, fostering collaboration.
• Coach and mentor developers on Workday solution, implementation, and integration approaches.
• Ensure Workday designs and implementations fulfill functional and nonfunctional needs such as security, maintainability, and extensibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is required.
• Seven plus years of professional work experience in Computer Science or a related discipline is required.
• Experience in the Workday platform is required.
• Broad knowledge of software development practices and procedures.
• Business knowledge of HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting, Time Tracking, and Compensation.
• Experience working with Workday modules (HCM, Time Tracking, Payroll, Security) and tools (EIB, Workday Studio, Workday Report Writer, iLoad).
• Experience with Web Services, APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST, and WS standards), and RaaS.

Nice to have

• Workday Certifications are highly desired.
• Experience with Workday Extend.
• Experience with Prism, Reporting, and BIRT.
