What you will do

• Lead and coach Workday Engineering professionals to achieve high individual and team performance.
• Define Workday engineering strategy, architecture, and development standards ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into robust Workday solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in roadmap planning and evaluate emerging Workday features and technologies.
• Promote a positive culture of growth and design employee development plans.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years enterprise application development experience with 4+ years in Workday engineering or architecture.
• Proven leadership experience managing technical teams.
• Experience in Workday HCM/Finance configuration, integration, and security.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts into business language.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday Prism, Workday Reporting, and BIRT analytics tools.
• Familiarity with Workday Extend and emerging platform capabilities.
