What you will do

• Provide functional expertise across D365 CE modules including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Project Operations.
• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and design reviews to align technical solutions with client business goals.
• Configure and extend solutions using Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Collaborate with architects and developers on data migration, integrations, and scalable patterns.
• Drive user adoption through effective training, documentation, and change management strategies.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal practice standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of CRM/CE consulting experience with 3+ years specifically in D365 CE implementations.
• Must be legally authorized to work and currently based in the US or Canada.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Sales.
• In-depth knowledge of Dataverse configuration, security, and governance models.
• Experience supporting enterprise or multi-workstream project deployments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with D365 Project Operations.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform certifications.
