What you will do
- Define and enforce global process modeling standards and methodologies.
- Assign work to Process Analysts, ensuring quality and adherence to standards.
- Act as a central coordination point for cross‑functional process documentation.
- Validate future‑state process designs to meet project objectives and system requirements.
- Partner with functional leads to communicate process impacts.
- Oversee creation of test scripts and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in the material handling or logistics industry (5–7 years preferred, A&D industry experience with SAP exposure strongly preferred).
- Demonstrated people‑management experience, including managing, leading, or coordinating teams for at least 2 years.
- Expertise working with ERP systems, process improvement, data gathering, and reporting.
- Strong communication skills to articulate objectives to colleagues and stakeholders.
- Knowledge and proficiency with process modeling tools/methods (BPMN, Visio, ARIS, Signavio).
- Deep understanding of ERP concepts, global business processes, and large‑scale transformation programs.
- This position requires access to United States Export Controlled information.
Nice to have
- Experience leading process governance in a global transformation program.
- Prior involvement in SAP S/4HANA implementations, system integration efforts, or enterprise‑level design projects.
- Familiarity with cross‑functional business processes related to Material Handling, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or Warehousing.
- Experience serving as a change leader in adopting new systems and processes.
