What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and refine business requirements for the World Check Customer Risk Screener app.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Analyse and document API integration requirements between Salesforce and external systems.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Manage Jira boards and track sprint progress to ensure timely feature delivery.
• Coordinate with Product Managers and partners to align roadmaps and integration testing.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst in a Salesforce environment.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and API capabilities.
• Proficiency with RESTful APIs and integration patterns.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Postman.
• Superb communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Nottingham, UK.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform App Builder, Business Analyst).
• Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or agile facilitator.
• Familiarity with financial services domains, compliance, or PII data handling.
• Experience with risk intelligence platforms like World-Check One.
