What you will do

• Deliver modernization projects migrating customers to hirify.global and Snowpark platforms.
• Engage with customers and partners as a technical expert throughout migration processes.
• Collaborate internally to improve Snowconvert utility based on project feedback.
• Run workshops and design sessions with stakeholders and customers.
• Create repeatable processes and documentation from customer engagements.
• Develop frameworks for distributed computing, Apache Spark, PySpark, Kafka, REST APIs, and machine learning integration.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Mexico with remote work.
• 2-5 years experience as solutions architect, data architect, DBA, or data engineer.
• Experience with data warehousing, BI, AI/ML, cloud projects, and application modernization.
• Hands-on skills in Spark, Scala, Python, Java, SQL, and large-scale database technologies including hirify.global.
• Strong communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and deliver customer outcomes.

• Consulting experience internal or external.
• Experience with data security and access controls on hirify.global platform.
