What you will do

• Partner with customers post-implementation to ensure smooth onboarding and adoption of the platform.
• Lead technical discussions and design data solutions aligned with customer business goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and data pipeline issues collaboratively.
• Provide best-practice guidance on data collection, transformation, and routing.
• Create technical documentation and training materials to accelerate customer enablement.
• Advocate for customers by sharing feedback and feature requests with internal teams.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the US (West Coast) or able to work remotely within US time zones
• 3-5 years in solutions engineering or similar technical customer-facing roles.
• Strong knowledge of data pipelines, ETL/rELT, APIs, and modern data warehouses.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Python or JavaScript.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
