What you will do

• Drive marketing activities and deploy marketing services programs for customers in France and Benelux.
• Participate in market business plan development and identify growth initiatives aligned with regional strategy.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, communication, sustainability teams, and external agencies.
• Manage market promotional investments and ensure compliance with processes.
• Lead sustainability-related projects including portfolio deployment, communication, and advocacy.
• Engage with incubators and support collection and recycling initiatives for beverage cartons.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in France (Puteaux/Paris area).
• At least 6 years of marketing experience, preferably in product/brand or marketing management with sustainability focus.
• Experience in B2B and B2C marketing, category management, and marketing communication.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
• University degree or MBA in Marketing or equivalent.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, project management, and analytical skills.
• Driving license is a plus due to travel requirements.
