What you will do
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with key business and IT stakeholders across multiple global sites.
- Align IT initiatives with business goals, identify improvement opportunities, and lead technology driven change.
- Translate business requirements into actionable IT services, projects, and technical deliverables.
- Lead and coordinate global, cross-functional matrix teams, providing coaching and development for team members.
- Ensure transparent communication, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement of IT service quality.
- Support IT leaders in developing the IT strategic plan, roadmap, and budget.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a relevant field and at least 7 years of IT experience, including 2+ years in program or service management.
- Strong track record in business facing IT roles, including requirements analysis, stakeholder management, and process understanding.
- Solid knowledge of modern software development and deployment methodologies (Agile, DevOps) and experience in complex service delivery environments.
- Experience implementing and supporting business applications (ERP, CRM, Engineering Apps).
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and oversee multiple parallel initiatives, including change management.
- Strong communication and leadership capabilities, paired with customer focus, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence across all organizational levels.
