Security Team Lead

Security Team Lead (Cybersecurity): Leading the Security Operations Center and Digital Forensics and Incident Response team to manage incident response, security monitoring, and coordination across teams. With an accent on incident detection, response lifecycle management, and team leadership. What you will do

• Lead incident response and internal investigations through their full lifecycle as central coordinator
• Coordinate DFIR activities with security teams, leadership, and external authorities
• Aggregate and analyze security logs producing actionable reports for stakeholders
• Develop team vision aligned with company strategy for incident detection and response
• Manage team capacity and priorities to ensure effective resource use and timely incident resolution
• Represent SOC and DFIR teams with internal partners and foster a culture of trust and collaboration

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Montreal, Canada or Paris, France
• Experience leading distributed or remote security teams with focus on collaboration and accountability
• Hands-on expertise in cyber incident response and digital forensics
• Proficiency with SIEM tools such as Splunk and ELK Stack
• Working knowledge of endpoint protection, EDR, IDS, DLP, and forensic tools
• Basic malware analysis and script de-obfuscation skills
