• Develop and implement tools to educate, reduce toil, and prevent security flaws
• Provide guidance and support for vulnerability remediation and fix vulnerabilities in core codebases
• Advise on security best practices and contribute to application security efforts
• Contribute to growing security awareness and knowledge within the product organization
• Identify and improve tools for automated application scanning and static analysis

Requirements

• Must be located in Canada with hybrid work requiring presence in office minimum two days per week for local hubs
• 5+ years experience with Ruby, Python, JavaScript or equivalent modern languages
• Experience in secure software development, application security, and security tools in CI/CD environments
• Experience in cloud security, threat modelling, and architecture review
• Strong interest in developing creative security solutions and using AI
