Location: Can be based in Paris, Rennes, or fully remote in major European cities. Professional trips paid for by the company might be required.

What you will do
- Conduct technical discovery sessions to understand client and partner security requirements and infrastructure.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations of hirify.global’s XDR platform.
- Translate complex technical features into tangible business value and ROI for stakeholders.
- Design and deliver comprehensive partner enablement programs for channel and MSSP/MDR partners.
- Provide ongoing support throughout partners’ sales cycles and service delivery.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, advising on SIEM/SOC best practices and standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a presales, sales engineering, partner enablement, or technical account management role.
- Experience working with channel partners, MSSPs, or MDR providers.
- Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms (Splunk, Elastic Security, QRadar, Microsoft Sentinel, or similar).
- Demonstrated success managing and closing technical POCs in complex environments.
- Deep understanding of SIEM/SOC and XDR/EDR concepts and endpoint security technologies.
- Excellent communication skills in English are required; additional European languages (French, German, Spanish, Italian, etc.) are highly valued.
