TL;DR

Senior Systems Engineer / Pre-Sales Engineer (Cybersecurity): Delivering technical expertise for hirify.global’s XDR platform, focusing on presales, proof-of-concept management, and partner enablement in France and across Europe. Focus on articulating value of SIEM, SOAR, and CTI capabilities, and advising enterprise security teams and channel partners on best practices.

Location: Fully remote within major European cities, or based in Paris, Rennes, or London. Professional trips may be required.

Salary: €38,000–€50,000

What you will do

  • Conduct technical discovery sessions and deliver compelling product demonstrations of hirify.global’s XDR platform.
  • Translate complex technical features into tangible business value for both technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive partner enablement programs for channel and MSSP/MDR partners.
  • Provide ongoing support throughout partners’ sales cycles and service delivery.
  • Lead technical responses and collaborate on opportunity qualification, solution scoping, and professional services strategy.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor on SIEM/SOC best practices, demonstrating seamless integration of hirify.global.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a presales, sales engineering, partner enablement, or technical account management role.
  • Experience working with channel partners, MSSPs, or MDR providers.
  • Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms (Splunk, Elastic Security, QRadar, Microsoft Sentinel, or similar).
  • Demonstrated success managing and closing technical POCs in complex environments.
  • Deep understanding of SIEM/SOC and XDR/EDR concepts and endpoint security technologies.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the European cybersecurity market.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional European languages (French, German, Spanish, Italian, etc.) are highly valued.
