What you will do
- Serve as dedicated specialist for onboarding largest clients, ensuring smooth transitions and trusted relationships.
- Lead onboarding workshops and provide hands-on training for HR and Payroll administrators on hirify.global's dashboard.
- Manage complex processes including payroll integration, employee affiliation, and billing setup.
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers, Customer Success, Ops, Sales, Care, Pre-Sales, and Engineering teams to optimize onboarding.
- Drive process improvements, tool optimization, and organizational methods through specific projects.
Requirements
- Must be based in France (fiscal residence) and work remotely within France.
- Full working proficiency in French and English (written and spoken).
- Previous B2B customer-facing experience such as Customer Success, teaching, or communication.
- Strong ownership, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable with complex conversations involving multiple teams and change management.
