Salary: $127,000 - $160,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Act as a go-to-market analytics generalist supporting GTM strategy and insights generation.
• Support and improve forecasting processes and deliver weekly revenue and bookings forecasts.
• Maintain and develop dashboards in Looker and Salesforce for customer-facing teams.
• Generate actionable insights through data analysis and storytelling for cross-functional teams.
• Analyze sales funnel performance and pipeline health to identify efficiency opportunities.
• Partner with Revenue Operations to design data capture and reporting processes.

Requirements

• Must be located in the USA with ability to work onsite in Austin, Chicago, DC, or NYC three days per week.
• 5+ years of professional experience in business analytics within GTM or revenue organizations.
• Proficiency in Looker or similar BI tools, Salesforce reporting, SQL, Google Sheets, and Excel.
• Experience with statistical or machine learning models for forecasting and business analytics.
• Strong business intuition and communication skills for cross-functional B2B teams.
• Startup or scale-up experience preferred.
