What you will do

• Bridge business needs with data, translating them into clear, measurable analytics.
• Lead requirements gathering, reporting alignment, and data storytelling to drive strategy.
• Identify customer data trends, gaps, and changes, and lead investigations to resolution.
• Represent Product Analytics in key client and partner calls, turning feedback into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with analysts to build dashboards and metrics that answer priority business questions.
• Proactively explore customer behavior, pilots, and trends to inform product and go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Data Analytics, Business Analysis, Product Analytics, or other data-driven roles.
• Proven experience gathering and documenting business/reporting requirements across diverse teams.
• Fluency in reporting frameworks, dashboards, data visualization, and writing in SQL.
• Comfort with ambiguity and adaptability in evolving technical environments.
• Strategic thinking with hands-on analytical capabilities.
• Exceptional communication skills for executives and stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset and curiosity for the "why".
