Salary: $94,000–$145,000

What you will do

• Collaborate with customers to understand and scope technical analysis needs and manage expectations.
• Perform data analyses using SQL, R, Python, and regex queries on large EHR datasets.
• Support customers in producing peer-reviewed publications and troubleshooting analysis issues.
• Create enablement materials and collaborate with internal teams to improve data veracity and product roadmap.
• Communicate project status and work closely with success managers to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• 3+ years experience analyzing Electronic Health Record or Real World Data using SQL, R, and Python.
• 2+ years experience working directly with customers on research analyses.
• Undergraduate or graduate education in clinical research, data analysis, clinical informatics, or related field.
• Ability to work in a dynamic startup environment and learn new coding languages.
• Experience with large patient databases and strong technical analytical skills.

Nice to have

• Statistics, regression, propensity score matching, survival analyses.
• Spark/PySpark experience.
• Consulting experience.
