What you will do

• Identify and research high-potential government agencies and non-profits that fit our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• Run sophisticated, high-activity campaigns across email, phone, LinkedIn, and video to engage key personas and spark meaningful conversations.
• Qualify inbound interest and booking high-quality Discovery Meetings (NDMs) for our Account Executives.
• Partner directly with AEs to build account-based strategies, iterating on messaging in real-time based on what the US market is telling us.
• Track all activity and market intelligence in HubSpot to ensure our growth is backed by clean data and actionable insights.
• Effectively communicate how our AI tools, like Magic Notes, solve the burnout and backlog crisis for American social workers.

Requirements

• You have high natural energy and a relentless drive to hit the phones, send the messages, and show up at conferences to make things happen.
• You are confident, persuasive, and human-centric.
• You are comfortable with CRM workflows (HubSpot) and modern sales stacks.
• You have a background in high-performance or metrics-driven environments, in a previous BDR role, or a competitive arena where results were the core focus.
• You want to work on the world's toughest social problems and curious about how AI can be a force for good in the lives of vulnerable people.

Nice to have

• Experience navigating the US public sector.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment where the playbook is being written as you go.
• If you’ve already "carried a bag" or hit a quota in a BDR capacity, you’ll hit the ground running.
