What you will do
- Drive new business growth by qualifying warm inbound leads from marketing sources via telephone and email.
- Create a great first impression and provide a world-class experience to prospects and customers.
- Identify customer needs to assess fit for Lightspeed solutions.
- Manage multiple lead sources including calls, emails, chats, and referrals simultaneously.
- Maintain customer database using Salesforce to log communications.
- Collaborate with Sales Development Manager to develop strategies and meet sales goals.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Amsterdam, Netherlands
- Fluency in Dutch is a must
- Experience in hospitality, sales, or customer-facing roles.
- Experience with technology products (software, mobile, or other).
