Location: Hybrid in Barcelona, Spain with minimum 3 days onsite

What you will do

• Analyze and map business processes using BPMN and contribute to operational documentation
• Monitor KPIs and communicate results regularly to stakeholders
• Coordinate project rollouts and follow up on deployment progress
• Identify pain points and suggest process optimization initiatives
• Collaborate closely with Business Process Owner and Content Managers Trainer

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near Barcelona, Spain with hybrid work (minimum 3 days onsite)
• Fluent English (C1) is mandatory; Spanish and French are valued
• Strong Excel skills and data-driven mindset
• Experience with process thinking and improvement
• Knowledge of Adobe package
• Proactive, organized, and independent work style
