What you will do
- Support development and implementation of change management strategies in collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Plan and organise change activities aligned with the wider change plan and track relevant measures.
- Collaborate with business groups and communications leads to assess impact and support communication plans.
- Assist in readiness, change, and training activities to ensure employee adoption of new systems and processes.
- Identify risks and obstacles to change implementation and support proactive mitigation strategies.
- Work with L&D to design sessions and workshops to equip employees for change.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the United Kingdom
- Experience in related roles; retail or other industry experience advantageous.
- Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
