What you will do

  • Receive and process support requests via phone, email, or system alerts.
  • Register and document requests in the ticketing system.
  • Dispatch requests to appropriate technical teams or contractors.
  • Identify urgent issues and escalate as needed.
  • Monitor ticket status until resolution.
  • Provide information and guidance to building occupants.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Brussels, Belgium
  • English and French: Fluent proficiency required
  • Experience in customer service, helpdesk, or support roles preferred.
  • Junior candidates welcome.
  • Strong communication and customer interaction skills.
  • Ability to work shifts.
