Engineering Manager (Mobile)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands with hybrid work policy (2 days in office per week)

What you will do

• Own and evolve the mobile platform ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance
• Lead and support a cross-functional mobile team including frontend and backend engineers
• Collaborate with Product & Design to plan and deliver new mobile features
• Improve mobile CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and release processes
• Drive improvements in app performance, stability, and accessibility
• Identify and resolve technical debt and platform gaps

Requirements

• Must have 6+ years of software engineering experience with mobile apps
• Experience as Engineering Manager or Tech/Team Lead
• Deep expertise in React Native (Expo) and TypeScript
• Experience with mobile CI/CD, testing, and app store releases
• Understanding of native iOS and Android concepts
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving scale-up environment
