What you will do

• Define and deliver platform-level OKRs across reliability, developer enablement, and IT health.
• Lead and coach managers and tech leads, overseeing hiring and performance cycles.
• Own platform roadmap including CI/CD, observability, and runtime services with governance standards.
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance metrics (SLOs/SLIs).
• Lead data engineering strategy, security, risk management, and audit readiness.
• Provide executive ownership of incident management and internal IT support service quality.

Requirements

• Must live in or be willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
• Hybrid work model requiring 2-3 days per week at Amsterdam HQ.
• Deep expertise in infrastructure, distributed systems, and developer tooling.
• Proven leadership managing multiple engineering teams and coaching leaders.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with security, legal, and product teams.
• Strong knowledge of cloud security, compliance, and audit readiness.
