What you will do

• Own telephony integration projects from proof of concept to production for enterprise customers and partners.
• Design and architect reliable call paths via SIP trunking providers and enterprise telephony infrastructure.
• Debug complex signaling and media issues using logs, SIP traces, and packet captures.
• Navigate enterprise constraints such as firewall policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate closely with customer telecom, network, and platform engineers.
• Build utilities and automation tools to validate assumptions and improve integration repeatability.

Requirements

• Must be located in Germany or able to work remotely within Germany.
• 5+ years of professional experience in VoIP/telephony engineering and SIP integrations.
• Strong expertise in call routing, signaling vs. media flows, and troubleshooting in enterprise environments.
• Experience with SIP trunking providers, SBCs, and enterprise PBX/contact center setups.
• Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Cloud-native experience, especially with Azure and Kubernetes.
• Experience building integration tooling using scripting or backend languages.
