TL;DR

Manager, Networking: Leads the global management of network services across all hirify.global offices worldwide ensuring seamless, high-performance Wi-Fi and direct internet access. Focus on scaling the team and network infrastructure to meet increasing demand.

Location: Must be based in or willing to commute to Boston, Denver, or New York (USA). Requires three days in the office each week with occasional travel to offices around the world.

Salary: $140,000—$180,000 USD

What you will do

  • Lead global network engineering teams, managing full-time employees and third-party vendors.
  • Oversee the design, deployment, and scaling of office network infrastructure.
  • Define and implement standards, policies, and processes for network infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with IT Security, Enterprise Technology, and Workplace teams to align network services.
  • Develop and track operational metrics for service availability and network performance.

Requirements

  • An experienced people manager with at least 2+ years of leadership experience managing teams of network engineers.
  • Proven expertise in Wi-Fi network engineering, including deep knowledge of Cisco Meraki and edge networking solutions.
  • Experience managing large-scale office technology projects in global enterprises with more than 10 offices and 7,000+ employees.
  • Strong vendor management skills.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

  • A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP or equivalent networking certifications.
