What you will do

• Lead technical architecture design, complex code reviews, and prototype development.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop the engineering team with performance reviews and growth plans.
• Contribute actively to the codebase on non-critical features and technical chores.
• Collaborate with Product to translate roadmaps into deliverable cloud features.
• Work cross-functionally with SRE, Product, and other Engineering Managers to align technical decisions with business goals.

Requirements

• Strong technical leadership with experience in distributed systems using Python, Kubernetes, and Vue.js.
• Proven people leadership skills including mentoring and team development.
• Ability to navigate cross-team relationships and align technical roadmaps with business value.
