What you will do

• Lead and grow a team of 15+ engineers, fostering collaboration and clear execution.
• Own technical delivery of backend systems and automation platforms powering RCM products.
• Partner with Product, Operations, and cross-functional teams to solve high-value business problems.
• Manage project prioritization and resource allocation with technical rigor.
• Maintain high standards in system design, code quality, and engineering operations.
• Coach engineers to support career growth and a high-performing culture.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or willing to work onsite in Mountain View, CA, USA
• 6+ years software development experience in fast-paced, scaling environments.
• 3+ years leading engineering teams with mentoring and performance management.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and leadership presentations.
• Technical expertise in backend development (Python, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes) and platform-scale systems.
• Experience managing teams of 10+ engineers and making architectural decisions.
