What you will do
- Own the Guides & Surveys product, technical direction, execution, and team leadership.
- Ship high-quality, scalable code and systems handling billions of user events.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Design, and Tech Leads to solve customer pain points.
- Hire, grow, and retain top engineering talent, fostering a productive team culture.
- Drive architecture and code quality decisions balancing speed and scalability.
Requirements
- Must have 5+ years engineering experience and 2+ years mobile experience, including team management in fast-paced environments.
- Experience shipping complex, high-impact products with strong opinions on architecture and code quality.
- Mastery of modern tech stack including JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and AWS.
- Embraced AI technologies and actively contribute code.
- Must be based in the United States due to location-specific salary and benefits.
- Strong product sense and interest or experience in behavioral analytics.
Nice to have
- Experience scaling startup products from 0 to 1 or during rapid growth phases.
- Ability to write code when appropriate and empower the team effectively.
