What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-driven healthcare applications targeting chronic disease risk stratification.
• Manage client relationships and translate visions into actionable product roadmaps.
• Drive engagement and analytics for mobile digital health applications using tools like Customer.io, Intercom, and Mixpanel.
• Lead large-scale transformative projects on the US East Coast within Healthcare and Medicare domains.
• Mentor and support recruitment of Junior and Middle Product Managers.
• Track product performance metrics and refine product discovery and delivery processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States and able to work remotely.
• Proven senior-level product management experience with client-facing consultancy background.
• Expertise in product discovery, framing, delivery, and AI technology integration.
• Strong interpersonal skills managing stakeholders at VP and Director levels.
• Experience in healthcare-related domains and flexibility to pivot between industries.

Nice to have

• Experience managing multiple related products or workstreams.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Productboard.
• Active involvement in team growth, interviewing, and mentoring.
