What you will do

  • Own and execute localized field marketing campaigns and account-based marketing strategies for target regions.
  • Lead end-to-end in-person and virtual event execution, managing teams and customer interactions.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer journeys and sales data to inform strategies.
  • Design and implement lead nurture and email marketing campaigns aligned with funnel stages.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure smooth lead handover and provide marketing support.
  • Track and optimize marketing performance using HubSpot and Salesforce, managing pipeline reporting.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in London, United Kingdom
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B field marketing or similar roles.
  • Strong skills in event execution, operational process management, and team leadership at events.
  • Proficiency with lead nurture, email marketing best practices, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
  • Data-driven approach with deep understanding of ideal customer profiles and ABM strategies.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with sales and marketing teams.
