What you will do
- Develop and execute the Northern Europe B2B marketing strategy aligned with global priorities.
- Lead a small team of local marketing specialists and agencies.
- Drive joint marketing programs with key partners and manage MDF effectively for ROI.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns targeting enterprise and SMB customers.
- Localise global campaigns and messaging, overseeing local PR agencies.
- Partner with regional sales leaders and product marketing to translate objectives into marketing plans.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years in a regional or multi-country role.
- Proven leadership experience, including managing direct reports or cross-functional teams.
- Track record of driving measurable pipeline growth through partner and end-customer marketing.
- Experience in technology or IT services industries.
- Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and channel marketing models.
- Native or fluent English required.
