What you will do

• Support execution of seminars, webinars, and receptions aligned with business objectives and brand guidelines.
• Manage lead follow-up and collaborate with business development and office heads to monitor activity outcomes.
• Work closely with internal teams including investment managers and financial planners to foster strong partnerships.
• Collaborate with digital marketing to develop campaigns enhancing online presence across multiple channels.
• Support content production and distribution ensuring timely delivery on appropriate channels.
• Ensure all marketing content complies with financial promotions regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Location: London with hybrid work arrangement
• Background in Marketing and/or Communications essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple activities, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure.
• Experience or knowledge of financial products and services is desired but not required.
