What you will do

  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor and support Enterprise customers to maximize value from hirify.global products
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers and cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, and Support
  • Deliver timely onboarding and technical best practices guidance to customers
  • Drive customer retention and expansion through relationship building and technical expertise
  • Assist with technical escalations and proactively identify opportunities for customer growth
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing through documentation and internal/external Q&A

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Sydney, Australia
  • 5+ years of post-sales customer relationship management experience
  • Strong understanding of internet protocols (TCP/IP, TLS, DNS, HTTP) and security technologies (Firewalls, WAFs, Bot Management, Zero Trust)
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Bash
  • Ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to travel 20-50% for customer meetings and industry events

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements like PCI DSS, HIPAA, and SOC-2
