TL;DR

Technical Support Specialist (Customer Support): Provide expert technical and customer support to optimize hirify.global client experience with an accent on problem-solving complex issues and improving client success. Focus on handling inbound/outbound support, collaborating across teams, and contributing to documentation and process improvements.

Location: Must be based in Australia or New Zealand with appropriate work authorization

What you will do

  • Become an expert user of hirify.global and stay updated on new features
  • Handle inbound and outbound support issues via email and phone
  • Provide exceptional support by understanding and solving complex client issues
  • Communicate across teams to meet client needs and provide feedback to development
  • Contribute to help documentation and improve standard operating procedures

Requirements

  • Availability to work Wednesday-Sunday
  • Must have Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, New Zealand residency, or valid Australian work visa with minimum 2.5 years remaining
  • Committed to delivering best-in-class customer and technical support
  • Ability to work effectively with others in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech-savvy, patient, curious, detail-oriented, and eager to problem solve

Nice to have

  • Experience working with small, medium, and large businesses
  • Multilingual skills in German, Dutch, Spanish, French, Portuguese, or Italian
  • Experience using Zendesk
