What you will do
- Become an expert user of hirify.global and stay updated on new features
- Handle inbound and outbound support issues via email and phone
- Provide exceptional support by understanding and solving complex client issues
- Communicate across teams to meet client needs and provide feedback to development
- Contribute to help documentation and improve standard operating procedures
Requirements
- Availability to work Wednesday-Sunday
- Must have Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, New Zealand residency, or valid Australian work visa with minimum 2.5 years remaining
- Committed to delivering best-in-class customer and technical support
- Ability to work effectively with others in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy, patient, curious, detail-oriented, and eager to problem solve
Nice to have
- Experience working with small, medium, and large businesses
- Multilingual skills in German, Dutch, Spanish, French, Portuguese, or Italian
- Experience using Zendesk
